Columbia Missourian

• Sseko sandals provide Ugandan women opportunity for education Pitched and wrote this explanatory narrative about a woman who wanted to aid high school grads through giving them a temporary job to earn money for college.
• Westminster College vandalism suspect arrested A daily turn about a man arrested for spraying graffiti on church over three centuries old and a sculpture made of pieces of the Berlin Wall.
• CEDAR RAPIDS MISSION: Students spend 3 days assisting with Iowa flood relief I reported this story while volunteering with flood relief in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and wrote it the day after we returned to Columbia, Mo.
• Amendment meant to cut Ellis Fischel funding shot down by House I wrote this story for Missouri Digital News and it was published by the Missourian. It was a story I found while covering the House on Monday afternoon and wrote it that evening.
